Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive CX Expert to join our team at Medallia. As a key member of our CXA, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support to our clients in the automotive industry, leveraging your CX and vertical expertise to develop and implement effective CX programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients in the automotive industry, leveraging your CX and vertical expertise.
  • Develop and implement effective CX programs that achieve desired business objectives across all channels.
  • Execute a variety of engagements for clients, including program design, assessments, and change management.
  • Support clients in a variety of formats, including ad hoc support, quarterly business reviews, and dedicated engagements.
  • Develop vertical-specific content and best practices to drive successful program development.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to internal teams to develop CX expertise.

Requirements:

  • CCXP certification or ability to become certified within 3-6 months.
  • 15+ years of CX experience with increasing responsibility in a delivery or practitioner role.
  • Expertise across several CX functions, including program design, adoption and engagement, and change management.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and synthesize complex information into meaningful messages and recommendations.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems.
  • Strong familiarity with CX technology platforms like Medallia.
  • Bilingual skillset preferred, additional European languages beneficial.
