Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HGV Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the UK's Number 1 Bus company, Stagecoach Group plc. As an HGV Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

Salary Package

The annualised salary for this role is estimated to be between £37,710 and £49,920 depending on experience, with a sign-on bonus of £2,500.

About the Role

As a Truck Mechanic Apprentice, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles. You will work closely with our experienced technicians to develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an HGV/PCV vehicle technician is essential for this role.
  • You must be apprentice-trained and qualified to C&G or NVQ Level 3 in Heavy motor vehicle mechanics, maintenance and repair, or equivalent.
  • A full UK driving licence is required for this position.
  • You should take pride in your work and strive for excellence in all aspects of your job.
