Experienced Trailer / HGV Technician Vacancy

About the Role:
DAF Trucks UK is seeking an experienced and skilled Trailer/HGV Technician to join our team in Northwich. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for servicing trailers at a customer's depot, as well as maintaining vehicles in our state-of-the-art workshop.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a driving licence, and their own tools. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 7.00 am to 3.30 pm. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing trailers at a customer's depot
- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles in the workshop
- Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard
- Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
- Completing compliance paperwork
- Maintaining communication with the workshop manager

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Driving Licence is essential
- Have your own tools
- Able to work as part of a team in a workshop environment
