We are looking for a highly skilled Corporate Secretary/assistant to join our team at Lloyd's. As a key member of our corporate secretariat team, you will be responsible for supporting the provision of company secretarial services for meetings of the Council of Lloyd's and its committees.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues across various teams to deliver Corporate and Departmental projects. You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with senior management and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Responsibilities
  • To prepare meeting agendas, packs, and minutes for the Council of Lloyd's and its committees.
  • To maintain accurate records and track actions on a rolling basis.
  • To collaborate with colleagues in the Finance and Legal teams as required.
