As a Senior Quantity Surveyor within Turner & Townsend Group, you will be part of a global team with over 110 offices worldwide. Our Edinburgh office is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take on new challenges.

The role involves working on a range of high-profile infrastructure projects, developing your skills in cost management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading contract administration, cost management, and stakeholder engagement efforts on multiple projects.
  • Developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives, improving project efficiency, and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in quantity surveying, contract administration, and cost management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage competing demands.

Compensation: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
