Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the laundry, cleaning, or a related industry. You will be responsible for driving growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including hospitality, healthcare, and public sector organizations
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving business growth and revenue expansion
Requirements
  • A proven track record in business development within the laundry, cleaning, or a related industry is essential
  • Understanding of a service model contract and pricing negotiations is required
  • Prior channel experience selling to customers within the hospitality, healthcare, or public sector is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends is necessary
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is essential
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach is necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required
