Automotive Sales and Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Workshop Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales within the automotive aftermarket sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Spend 80% of your time engaging with customers in designated areas, selling predominantly into garages and contributing to the overall delivery of the UK Aftermarket businesses.
- Business Development: Identify 'open areas', develop and acquire target customers in geographic areas of responsibility, and manage the appointment process for new Concept Workshops.
- Account Management: Manage the development of concept customers via the annual development plan process, enforce compliance in areas such as parts purchases, workshop test equipment, training, brand utilization, and programme initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Collate and feedback market intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Communication: Provide information and solutions to address customer inquiries and queries within accepted timescales, and generate participation from concept members in centrally driven initiatives.
- Sales and Marketing: Generate sales and interest relating to automotive parts with end-users, and develop and deliver presentations professionally at all levels, both internally and externally.
