About the Role
Flo is seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts and drive user growth across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple ad networks
- Develop and execute new growth initiatives to achieve high user and revenue growth
- Create test plans and experiment with various user acquisition strategies to identify high-impact opportunities
- Oversee all reporting and analytics related to user acquisition and marketing
- Optimize and report performance across multiple ad networks
- Manage relationships with other teams, including ASO, onboarding, creative studio, product teams, and privacy & compliance
- Develop and manage the User Acquisition team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing/user acquisition
- 3+ years of experience in managing a performance marketing team
- Expert understanding of mobile user acquisition, marketing landscape, mobile analytics, and mobile attribution
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and recommendations
- Expertise in analytics and visualization software, e.g. Looker, Tableau, and Excel
- Experience successfully managing big marketing budgets across various digital and media channels
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to promote and negotiate new ideas

- A competitive salary range of £92,000-£108,000 (London) or €5,700-€5,900 (Vilnius)
