Office Support Specialist

Merry Maids Limited Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong customer service skills.
About the JobAs an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team. This includes data entry, system updates, and weekly payroll submission. You will also confirm customer appointments, create and update schedules, and provide team members with daily appointments/routes.
Responsibilities- Complete daily close out process in the system, inputting data for time spent at customers' homes, mileage, updating customer information, weekly submission of payroll, inputs sales leads into the computer, and updating accounts payable system with current invoices.
- Create and update schedules with new customer information and provide team members with daily appointments/routes.
- Schedule sales bids and generate ancillary revenue through additional services such as refrigerator, oven, window cleanings, and laundry washing.
- Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Assist HR compliance of the branch, including associate files, I-9s, bulletin board postings, payroll, and annual safety training.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate party.
- Confirm customer appointments.
- Prepare laundry for the following day.
- May occasionally function as a team member or solo cleaner as needed.
- High school diploma/general education degree (GED) plus 2 years of customer service required.
