Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at Novotel Banjarmasin Airport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Room Setup and Maintenance
  • Set up rooms and function areas in the hotel to ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
Cleaning and Sanitation
  • Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Guest Satisfaction
  • Maintain exceptional levels of guest satisfaction by anticipating and focusing attention on their needs, being professional and welcoming at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Warm and Caring Personality
    • Show a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service and have a warm and caring personality that puts our guests at ease.
  • Teamwork and Supervision
    • Work cohesively as part of a team with minimal supervision, taking initiative and ownership of your tasks and responsibilities.

    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times, even under pressure.
