About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fire Suppression Systems Estimator to join our team at Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and quoting modification works to Ansul R102 and Piranha kitchen fire suppression systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and quote modification works to Ansul R102 and Piranha kitchen fire suppression systems.
  • Design and quote remedial works advised by engineer following service visit.
  • Develop new service sales from installations, existing equipment base, and new enquiries.
  • Design and estimate new Ansul systems from drawings or site survey information.
  • Work closely with our sales team and customers to understand project requirements and design appropriate kitchen fire suppression solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for equipment, installation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Create technical drawings and layouts using design software and CAD programs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Design & Sales Estimator in the fire suppression or related industry.
  • Knowledge of estimating would be preferred, but full training provided.
  • Proficiency in design software and CAD programs would be desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
