Job Title: Registered Care Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our care service in Dundee & South Angus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Care regulations.
  • Lead a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care services.
  • Manage staff reviews, development, and progressions.
  • Promote the highest standards of care and service.
  • Commit to driving the business forward.
  • Manage client consultations and family contacts.
  • Be reliable, honest, and maintain team motivation.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in providing high-quality care services.
  • Experience in leading a team to provide quality care at home services.
  • Ability to build fantastic working relationships.
  • Strong influencing skills and commercial awareness.
  • Drive and motivation to develop our care services.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills.
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills and good timekeeping.
  • Desire to genuinely help people and make a difference.
