Job Title: Registered Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Care Manager to join our team at Home Instead Dundee & South Angus. As a key member of our care service, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with care regulations and standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care services.
  • Oversee staff reviews, development, and progressions to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the care service.
  • Manage client consultations and family contacts to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SVQ Level 5 or above in Social & Health Care or willingness to work towards.
  • Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
