Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Home Instead Dundee & South Angus. As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Care regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care services.
- Oversee staff reviews, development, and progressions.
- Promote the highest standards of care and service.
- Manage client consultations and family contacts.
- Be reliable, honest, and maintain team motivation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in providing high-quality care services.
- Experience in leading a team to deliver quality care at home services.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and influence others.
- Strong commercial awareness and drive to develop our care services.
- Excellent communication skills and good time-keeping.
- Desire to genuinely help people and make a difference.
