Job Title: Registered Care Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Home Instead Dundee & South Angus. As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Care regulations and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Oversee staff reviews, development, and progressions, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the highest standards of care and service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage client consultations and family contacts, providing empathetic and professional support.
  • Be responsible for managing on-call out-of-hours cover with your team, ensuring seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in providing high-quality care services, with a strong focus on client-centered care.
  • Experience in leading a team to deliver quality, care-at-home services, with a focus on staff development and retention.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth and development.
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of the business, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SVQ Level 5 or above in Social & Health Care, or willingness to work towards.
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle, with a focus on safe and reliable transportation.
