About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Artist to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized beauty advice, and showcasing our market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, recommending products and services to meet their individual needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the creation of an engaging and inspiring in-store experience, including visual merchandising and event planning.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
