Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods around the world, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Freight Management: Coordinate with freight companies, customers, and suppliers to ensure the smooth movement of goods.
  • Inventory Oversight: Manage stock levels across three locations (UK, Ireland, and USA) to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely receipt of goods.
  • Purchase Order Management: Send sales order confirmations and produce delivery notes to customers.
  • Logistics Coordination: Monitor and facilitate the accurate and timely receipt of inbound goods into warehouses and outbound goods to customers.
  • ERP System Management: Maintain internal ERP systems to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely delivery.
  • Documentation: Review and produce import and export documentation to ensure customs compliance.
  • Reporting: Monitor and maintain system inventory transactions to ensure accurate inventory levels and produce monthly reports on customer consumption.

Requirements:

  • Logistics Experience: Must have experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Communication Skills: Must have good communication skills and be able to work effectively with a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with multi-currency business operations.
  • Personality: Must be a personable individual with a proactive attitude and a willingness to suggest and implement recommendations to improve processes.
