About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Surveillance Analyst to join our team in London. As a Surveillance Analyst, you will be responsible for observing trading platforms to ensure the markets remain orderly and transparent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily surveillance of market activity to identify potential trading irregularities.
- Support the enhancement and development of market surveillance systems and processes.
- Assist in managing referrals and investigations related to trading activity.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Nasdaq SMARTS or Nice Actimize software.
- Knowledge of UK MAR and its implications for trade surveillance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
