Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage environmental inputs across a diverse range of marine projects, ensuring compliance with rigorous quality management procedures.
  • Prepare EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments, and supporting documents, including technical reviews of specialist chapters.
  • Collaborate with integrated teams to improve environmental outcomes, identifying constraints, impact avoidance and mitigation solutions, and opportunities to deliver benefits.
  • Manage client relationships, internal teams, and subcontractors, promoting AECOM's environmental services to both internal and external audiences.
  • Identify and lead business development opportunities, associated fee and technical proposal development.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive EIA consultancy experience, with proven skills in managing the preparation of environmental reports and technical reviews.
  • Detailed understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes around the UK and Ireland.
  • Ability to support collaborative teams, coordinating inputs from technical specialists.
  • Project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management.
  • Commitment to innovation and continuing professional development.
  • Efficient verbal and report writing skills, including technical reviewing, and confidence when engaging with a wide variety of stakeholder groups.
