Career Opportunity: We're seeking a highly motivated and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our early years education team at KiddyKare. Salary Range: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Position:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, promote child welfare and protection, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive, happy, and safe environment.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar), and a passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child. You must also be able to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents, and utilize a variety of skills to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
