Are you passionate about helping children achieve their full potential? We have an exciting opportunity for a Child Development Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Graduate - Aspiring Child Psychologist, you will work closely with students aged 4-11 in a Surrey-based Primary school that focuses on restorative and therapeutic approaches to education and behaviour management.

This role provides an excellent grounding in development, behaviour, emotions, and social, emotional and mental health needs. You will support students academically and pastorally, encourage the development of social skills, and build strong relationships with students. If you are a caring, compassionate individual who is committed to helping children succeed, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Support students academically and pastorally
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with students
  • Able to encourage the development of social skills and support students' individual needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attend staff meetings and complete CPD
  • Follow safeguarding procedures

We can offer you:

  • An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
