Early Years Education Specialist

About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Farnborough Day Nursery and Preschool.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities tailored to each child's developmental needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and colleagues.
- Promote child welfare, health, and safety, ensuring a positive environment.
Requirements
- Full Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships.
- Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
