Child Development Specialist

**Job Description:**
Academics Ltd is a Surrey-based Primary school that focuses on raising attainment and engagement while building essential life skills for children aged 4-11.
As a Child Psychologist, you will be part of a team that uses restorative and therapeutic approaches to education and behaviour management.
The role provides excellent grounding across development, behaviour, emotions, and social, emotional and mental health needs.
**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of children's social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Collaborating with teachers to create individualised learning plans
- Providing therapy sessions to children with special educational needs
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
