Premier Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their team. As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will provide essential support to the Private Client department, assisting fee earners in delivering high-quality legal services to their clients.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in managing client communications, document preparation, and administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial support to Private Client fee earners
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and organising meetings
  • Liaising with clients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring excellent client care
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assisting with the management of client files, including wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary within a Private Client department
