About the Role:You will play a key role in managing client communications, document preparation, and administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to Private Client fee earners
- Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and organising meetings
- Liaising with clients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring excellent client care
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with the management of client files, including wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary within a Private Client department
- Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
