About the RoleAs a Care Coordinator - RMN, you will be responsible for assessing mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that involve multi-disciplinary teams and family members. Your excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with children and adolescents will enable you to provide high-quality care and support.
