Job Overview

The post is offered on a contract of 36 hours per week, requiring flexible working patterns to meet the needs of the service. This includes weekends, bank holidays, and rotation to nights as required.

Main Duties of the Job
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and clinical knowledge in acute patient care, particularly in Respiratory Medicine
  • Promote quality in the clinical setting and ensure improvements in patient outcomes and safety
  • Able to prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and motivate both staff and patients

We offer a competitive annual salary of £46,135 - £56,455, dependent on experience. To succeed in this role, you should possess a First Level Registration Qualification in a specialty or be willing to undertake study, and have effective communication and leadership skills.
