Team Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Administrator to join their Property Team in Bournemouth. As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for administering minor works, managing routine maintenance contracts, and maintaining accurate records in Qube.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering and managing minor works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Proactively follow up on all quote and instruction requests with suppliers to maintain efficient communication.
  • Responding to incoming and overflow calls, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping within the office, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in block management or administration is required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.

What We Offer

  • Temporary to permanent contract.
  • Weekly pay for 12 weeks.
