Portfolio Reporting and Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Reporting and Cost Management Specialist to join our Procurement and Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our ambitious investment programme, with a projected investment programme of over £20bn+ in the next 10 years.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading on all portfolio cost analysis and reporting activities, championing advanced data analytics and reporting across the portfolio. You will leverage data and industry trends to validate data and improve accuracy, ensuring alignment with P&C, Finance, Delivery, Project Services, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain industry-specific construction metrics, leveraging data and industry trends to drive business decisions.
- Provide leadership and direction for portfolio cost analysis and reporting activities, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Champion advanced data analytics and reporting across the portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change.
As a Portfolio Reporting and Cost Management Specialist with our company, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £55,200 - £83,000 + car/car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing, and family.
