Project Administrator / Project Co-ordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator / Project Co-ordinator to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of new client implementations and assisting the team with planning, managing, and closing each project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in executing project plans against agreed objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials
  • Act as a point of contact for both internal and external project stakeholders
  • Track project progress and manage day-to-day tasks to ensure milestones are achieved on time
  • Work with the Implementation Managers to identify potential project risks and issues and implement solutions
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure that all workstreams are on target in line with the project plan
  • Lead on the onboarding process for all client implementations
  • Ensure that client locations/users are built into the system
  • Organize and deliver external stakeholder training in line with the project plan
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures
  • Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a project administrator/project co-ordinator would be preferred for this role
  • Strong administration experience is essential for this role
  • You must have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
  • Confident to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and use own initiative
  • Previous experience working towards strategic objectives and meeting client expectations whilst working towards strict deadlines
  • Confident to work in a telephone-based position
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Must be able to be proactive and follow processes
  • Must be able to thrive in a very busy, reactive, and varied role
What We Offer:
  • Salary available is £24,960pa
  • The role is working 40 hours per week with the core hours being Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, although 8.30am-5.30pm could be considered
  • The role is predominantly working from home with a requirement to be in the office at least once a quarter
