Job Title: Regional Support Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Support Manager to lead and support management teams across a portfolio of care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, health & safety standards, driving occupancy, growth, and financial performance, and fostering a positive, inclusive management culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support management teams across a portfolio of care homes
- Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety standards
- Drive occupancy, growth, and financial performance
- Foster a positive, inclusive management culture
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement proactive improvements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality care
Requirements:
- Strong leadership experience in healthcare, including managing care and nursing teams
- Expertise in staff development, recruitment, and succession planning
- Ability to handle operational demands, including crisis management
- Knowledge of regulatory standards within the healthcare sector
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
Benefits:
- £70,000 annual salary plus mileage
- Monday to Friday working hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
