Nurse Practitioner

Are you a dedicated Community Nurse looking for a rewarding role in Dumfries, Scotland? Leaders in Care, a leading provider of homecare services, is offering a fantastic opportunity with a fully paid induction plan and ongoing training, including the chance to gain chemotherapy qualifications and progress into management roles.
This role offers a competitive starting salary of £33,000 - £38,000, negotiable based on experience. You'll also enjoy a company car or an extra £4,900 annually for a car allowance, and 33 days of holiday including bank holidays.
As a Community Nurse, you will cover the Dumfries region, travelling to patients' homes, and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team offering one-to-one care. You will deliver effective and high-quality nursing care to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or prevent unnecessary admission, and build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and patient support networks.
The package for the Community Nurse role includes:
Annual salary of £33,000 - £38,000, negotiable on experience.
Company car or an extra £4,900 per year for car allowance.
Mileage expenses.
33 days holiday including bank holidays.
Pension scheme.
Death in Service benefit (4 x annual salary).
NMC fees paid.
Ongoing training and development opportunities.
To be successful as a Community Nurse, you must have a full UK driving licence, be experienced in the care of IV devices and administering IV therapies, have a valid NMC pin number, and be a qualified RGN. Homecare experience is desirable.
