Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our IPS Into Work team as an Employment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health and/or substance misuse issues to achieve their employment goals.

About the Role

As an Employment Specialist, you will work closely with service users to provide a personalized employment service, supporting them to achieve their dreams. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage employers to develop partnerships, and promote and encourage referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a holistic employment support service to Surrey residents
  • Work closely with service users to develop personalized employment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote and encourage referrals
  • Engage employers to develop partnerships and promote job opportunities
