We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Employment Specialist to join our IPS Into Work team at Via. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized employment support to Surrey residents, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their dreams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with service users to develop tailored employment plans and support them in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote and encourage referrals, ensuring a seamless support service.
  • Engage with employers to develop partnerships and create opportunities for our service users.
