Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our IPS Into Work team as an Employment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a holistic employment support service to Surrey residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with service users to provide personalized employment support, helping them achieve their employment goals. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage employers to develop partnerships, and contribute to the growth and development of our IPS Into Work service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized employment support to service users, helping them achieve their employment goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including recovery practitioners, nurses, support workers, and community organizations.
  • Engage employers to develop partnerships and promote employment opportunities.
