Job Description

At City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing incontinence, and supporting clients with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You will also need to be compassionate and able to connect with clients. While social care experience is not necessary, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care.
