The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a senior QS position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate cost control and effective budgeting.
  • Develop and implement successful quantity surveying strategies to minimize costs and maximize returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Estimated Salary: 85,000 - 105,000 pounds per annum, depending on experience.
