About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Fitness and Wellbeing Centre in Kingston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial success and ensuring the effective day-to-day management of the club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Take full profit and loss responsibility for the club, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Live our brand values of independence, enterprise, passion, and caring, and inspire and motivate our teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement new operational and sales strategies to positively impact results and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and develop our teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Solve financial, client sales, and people management challenges, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
