Mind in Kingston is seeking an experienced Director of Services to join our Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational development of our charity.
About the Role:
The Director of Services will work closely with our Chief Executive Officer and leadership team to develop and implement our services, ensuring that we provide high-quality support to individuals living with mental health conditions in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our services, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement our operational plans.
- Ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, healthcare providers, and other community organizations.
- Contribute to the development of our charity's strategic plan, ensuring that our services are aligned with our overall mission and objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing frontline services in the mental health sector or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and the needs of individuals living with mental health conditions.
- Ability to contribute strategically while also supporting the team operationally.
- Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion, with a passion for advancing social justice and mental health equity.
