About the Role

Achieving for Children is seeking a qualified Educational Mental Health Practitioner to join our Richmond Mental Health Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will work with children, young people, and families to provide mental health support and interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mental health assessments and interventions to children and young people
  • Work with schools and educational settings to increase mental health awareness and provide support
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive support package for children and families
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures

About You

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional who has a passion for working with children and young people. You will have a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
