**Job Description:**
We are looking for an exceptional Pharmacy Technician to join our team as Medicines Management Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our clinical pharmacists, community pharmacists, and other PCN team members to ensure safe and effective prescribing practices.
About Us:
Our organization, Lincolnshire and District Medical Services (LADMS), provides primary care services throughout Lincolnshire, commissioned by NHS England to manage various contracts. As an employee of LADMS, you will be part of a collaborative network of GP practices working together to improve patient care and reduce clinical risk.
Responsibilities:
- Support the achievement of DES/Qof targets through effective medicines management.
- Provide advice to GPs, staff, and patients on changes to prescribing, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in monitoring and managing prescribing budgets, liaising with the medicines management team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in pharmacy or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum
