About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at IOSH. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Finance and line managing the Finance Business Partner.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing financial analysis and commentary to key stakeholders, maintaining and running complex financial models, and supporting the development of business plans and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and commentary to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Maintain and run complex financial models to support business planning and decision-making
  • Support the development of business plans and budgets, including financial forecasting and scenario planning
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
  • Line manage the Finance Business Partner and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or CIPFA)
  • Experience in financial analysis and business planning, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and budgeting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
  • Advanced financial and analytical skills, with experience in using financial software and systems
