About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at IOSH. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Finance and line managing the Finance Business Partner.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing financial analysis and commentary to key stakeholders, collaborating with directors across the organization, and maintaining and running complex financial models to ensure robust business planning and effective decision making.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of effectively managing financial resources, with a strong background in financial analysis and business case planning. You will also need to have excellent stakeholder and line management skills, as well as advanced financial, analytical, and IT skills.

We are looking for a passionate and visible Senior Finance Professional who is committed to delivering high-quality advice to both finance and non-finance professionals. If you have a strong understanding of financial management accountancy and are able to create complex spreadsheets and modelling tools, we would love to hear from you.
