Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide tailored support.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for various projects and initiatives.
  • Support the development of business cases and financial models to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in a commercial finance role, with a focus on business partnering and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience of using advanced functions and macros.
