Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Moto. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage and develop a team of colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
- Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard and that all health and safety procedures are followed
- Manage stock levels and control inventory to minimize waste and maximize sales
- Monitor and control labor costs to ensure that they are within budget
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a retail environment
- Experience of managing budgets and controlling labor costs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
