Job Overview

UHBW Trust is pleased to offer a unique opportunity for a Paediatric Senior Fellow in General Paediatrics to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • As a Paediatric Senior Fellow, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the General Paediatrics department.
  • You will work closely with consultants and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the management of general paediatric and speciality patients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with consultants and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the General Paediatrics department.
  • Work closely with the paediatric critical care outreach nursing team to provide support to paediatric ward patients.
  • Participate in the Children's Hospital's extensive education programme, with regular training offered from speciality paediatric teams, radiology, safeguarding, and departmental case reviews.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of Specialty training.
  • Portfolio of evidence demonstrating meeting the criteria for progression, in line with the Curriculum for the speciality similar to deanery trainee.
