Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for working closely with our Sales Directors to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for their territories.
You will collaborate with your Sales Director team to blueprint key accounts in the territory and work with Sales Directors to follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing activity.
You will also perform ABM outbound efforts into key accounts and work with Sales Directors to follow up on and progress active deals to their next phase along the selling journey.
Additionally, you will assist with and participate in industry events as a representative of the company and work with Sales Directors and marketing to provide feedback to inform sales enablement collateral and contribute to writing and refining outreach messaging.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a self-starter mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or through coaching.
You will also need to have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals, a fast learning ability, and experience using software typically used by BDRs, such as Outreach and ZoomInfo.
A university degree and minimum 1 year experience working as a BDR/SDR for a SaaS-based technology company are also required.
