Business Development Representative

Ideagen is a leading provider of software solutions that help organisations ensure the safety and quality of their products and services. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities- Proactively engage in outbound prospecting activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations
- Qualify and assess leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with Ideagen's sales strategy
- Effectively communicate Ideagen's value proposition and key differentiators to prospects
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Engage in consultative selling to actively listen to prospects' requirements and recommend tailored software solutions
- Utilise CRM software to efficiently manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline
- Participate in sales meetings, training programmes, and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
