Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our National Field Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving market share growth across a defined portfolio of stores, focusing on delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies and results.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
