Retrofit Property Supervisor Opportunity

A new opportunity has arisen to join a well-respected Social Housing provider in Cornwall on a permanent basis as a Retrofit Property Supervisor. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and coordination of a high-quality, efficient, value-for-money, customer-focused service, ensuring projects achieve the required EPC rating.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective and efficient line management of operational staff undertaking servicing, repairs, and renewals for social housing properties.
  • Ensure all works meet performance standards in relation to delivery timescales and quality.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and internal trades to deliver energy improvements to existing stock.
  • Document energy retrofit works on site and report back to the Energy Efficiency Lead.
  • Produce and support EPC assessments on stock housing.
  • Be the first point of contact for problems and issues, taking responsibility to resolve.
  • Assist with introducing, monitoring, and maintaining key performance indicators reflecting Tenants' needs and value for money.
  • Responsibility for specific delegated work area budgets, ensuring monitoring and financial decision-making processes are value for money.
  • Assist with programming of works.
