We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our Property Services team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety compliance across our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate the performance of various members of staff within the Property Services department, providing coaching and identifying development needs.
- Liaise with customers to assess opportunities for growth and development within the service area.
- Ensure that contract and procurement arrangements are in line with company procedures.
- Level 5 in a construction-related discipline.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
- (Ideally) Senior management experience within a property maintenance sector.
- Full driving license.
